ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE DESIGNATED DAY AND TIME. THE PROPERTY IS SOLD AND NEW OWNERS TAKE POSSESSION APRIL 30TH. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE 28TH.
